July Is National Ice Cream Month

Celebrate your love of ice cream with National Ice Cream Month and Day!

July is National Ice Cream Month Cold Stone

It’s hard to deny that people love ice cream, and former President Ronald Reagan agreed. In 1984, he designated the month of July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of the month as National Ice Cream Day.

Reagan “screamed” for ice cream as he asked people in the United States to celebrate National Ice Cream Day and Month with “appropriate ceremonies and activities,” and to us that sounds like an invitation to throw a party and enjoy some Cold Stone!

President Reagan recognized ice cream as a delicious and nutritious food enjoyed by 90% percent of the nation’s population and boy did he deliver! Now we get to celebrate ice cream all month long!

So what’s the best way to celebrate National Ice Cream Month?
